Refund Policy

Effective August 20, 2026 · Version 2026-08-20

1. How payments are handled

Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment collection, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment-method data. Prices displayed by yoyolingo are intended to include applicable sales tax where Paddle supports tax-inclusive pricing; the final checkout total is shown before payment.

2. Canceling renewal

You may cancel an automatically renewing monthly membership before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and normally leaves paid access active until the current period ends. Fixed-term 30-day, six-month, and annual memberships and translation boosters do not renew automatically.

3. Requesting a refund

To request a refund, contact support@yoyolingo.app and include the account email, Paddle transaction or order number, purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers, bank details, passwords, or verification codes.

4. Review of requests

Requests are reviewed according to the purchase circumstances, use of the service, Paddle’s payment rules, and mandatory consumer rights. Consumption of a substantial portion of a time-limited translation allowance may affect eligibility where permitted by law. Approval is not guaranteed unless the law requires it.

5. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time after Paddle issues the refund. Access, translation allowances, and unused boosters connected to a refunded transaction may be reduced or revoked.

6. Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit statutory cancellation, cooling-off, refund, or other consumer rights that apply in your country or region. Where mandatory law conflicts with this policy, the mandatory rule controls.

7. Provider

yoyolingo is provided by HappyCalf Media LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
